We have a new little girl in the family. Ryan took a quick trip in to Cabela's, and a family was sitting outside selling yellow lab puppies. The plan was to wait until we moved to get a new puppy--he's been puppy hungry for awhile now. But this was love at first sight. We named her Jill (so we can sing the nursery rhyme when she plays with Jack, our 2 1/2 year old lab) and she is very cute. It's just a good thing Ryan works from home and can take care of her during the day.

I so want a dog right now. I keep hoping the feeling will pass at least for a year or so. So many people I know are getting new dogs right now. I saw THE CUTEST little puppy just a couple of hours ago. I just wanted to put the fluffy bunch of fur in my pocket and take it home with me.
She ia adorable.
a dog that cute might make even me want one. as long as i don't have to feed it, clean up after it, or find it a babysitter so we can leave town. on second thought, i think we'll stick with our fish!
